Day 21 of the 2011 World Series of Twitter has midget jokes, people needing haircuts, and crazy people. In other words, the norm.

Emily Jillette apparently is the queen of midget jokes:

That’s why there is a hair salon inside the Bike in Los Angeles.  I know. I’ve had my hair cut there….twice.

I once had someone pay me for a computer and ask me to hold it for them. They finally came and got it … a year later.
