2011 World Series of Twitter Day 17 – The We’re Not Worthy Edition
Day 17 of the 2011 World Series of Twitter just saw three people worthy of taking part in this event.
I promise you that I really did scour the twitterverse instead of talking to redheads, eating tasty meat treats and watching Doctor Who reruns.
Ok, two of those things I didn’t do. You can probably guess which two.

Most tweets just weren't worthy today.
Wendy Mortensen reminds us that failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part:
wndywitch Office: Do we have more coffee somewhere? Me: Did you tell me we were almost out of coffee? Office: Well no. Me: There is your answer.
Wendy is not a mind reader. If she was, she probably would smack you.

Actress Felicia Day apparently is in Calgary. No, she has nothing to do with poker, or the WSOP. However, she is a redhead, which means she is ok in my book:
feliciaday Guys, I just bought salt and vinegar popcorn! Calgary is awesome!
I’m sorry, but I will pass on the insta-barf popcorn.
Oh wait, there is a follow up:
feliciaday Ok it tastes pretty aweful. Forget my last tweet. #bleck
So apparently Calgary sucks again.

Depending on how you took Ryan Welch’s tweet, he either is talking about people’s attitudes or tipping….
gutshtallin Rare thing to see these days. Its so much easier to be happy and courteous than an asshole and grumpy. #deservestip
Yes, but the overly courteous and bubbly leave me alone when I am an asshole and grumpy. That way I don’t have to hear about their day, their puppies, their kids, or American Idol.

Come back tomorrow we find out why Superman’s suit can repel bullets, yet can easily be cut off his body with surgical scissors.
