Michael Mizrachi’s Been a Bad Boy – Sued By Deliverance Poker
During the 2010 WSOP, Michael Mizrachi was sporting a patch from Deliverance Poker. Nobody really knew much about the site, other than the fact that Mizrachi was a sponsored pro by the site. However, once he went deep into the Main Event, Mizrachi started sporting a Full Tilt Poker logo.

Mizrachi wearing Deliverance Poker's hat at the 50k Poker Player's Championship, as well as two other logos.
Now, Mizrachi is being sued by Deliverance Poker. Mizrachi signed a deal back in July 2009 that paid him $150,000, a 1.75% share of the company, and certain other poker related expenses. Deliverance claims that Mizrachi breached his contract with them due to the fact that he was supposed to wear their stuff exclusively and they were supposed to have exclusive rights to his name, voice, and likeness.
Opps. Tiltware is also being included in this suit. I don’t know what Full Tilt offered Mizrachi, but one has to hope it will be worth the headache.
For more about this, you can head over to Cake Poker’s blog on the matter. You can also admire the picture of Mizrachi they posted. One which I took for another site and they have apparently put up without giving me credit. Where’s the love cake?
